I use audiojungle constantly and it is a great source for music. However, I feel there are certain things that must be addressed in the long run or I’ll be driven to another site.
The preview track is never the same length of the the purchased track.
Why is this important? The music track has edits and volume adjustments when edited on a video. Even a 1 second difference between the “preview” track and the “purchased” track means re-adjusting the whole edit again.
The tracks in the .zip folder are not labelled as per the website.
Why is this important? When having to buy another licence of a previously purchased track, It is impossible to trace back the track. Only the .zip folder (which gets deleted) is labelled as per the site, not the tracks within. Furthermore, the tracks never have any ID3 information that can at least help…
I would really like to hear if other customer face these same problems, and more than anything I would appreciate Audiojungle taking note on these issues.
