These two themes from two different author but too similar!

Hello Everybody,

Personal Portfolio Template - I used these term and search HTML templates and found these two themes from two different author, they look similar to me what do you think.

Clearly the same people - even the auhtor bios are identical under different names.

That doesn’t make it right though, as releasing the same template multiple times into the same category under different author accounts must be seen as spamming.

So this means Theme-Forest may take action against them?

I’m pretty sure they would have the latest version taken down - it’s clearly the same file with a handful of tiny changes
