Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

That’s although the file is existed in plugins folder in the cpanel after I see this message.
What should I do?
Thank you.

You might have to check the error.log or enable WP_DEBUG, sometimes you might have errors breaking the plugin from installing. But it’s WordPress so something breaking is definitely the issue here

your cpanel already exist the plugin folder. So, please check if the plugin already installed then you don’t need to install again. just will need to active the plugin (if not activated). If yiu need to update the plugin to latest version then you have to use ftp to upload the plugin folder which will replace the exist plugin folder. otherwise you have to remove the plugin folder to install the plugin from your website Dashboard => Plugins.

Thanks
