Hi, Is It possible to update WordPress to the 4.4 version with Rush theme installed? What can we do to update otherwise?Someone tried yet?

Does the author stated that is it compatible on WordPress 4.4? If yes then you can simply update it by re-downloading the files in your Download tab - http://themeforest.net/downloads
