Im wondering how long it takes themeforest or the author to respond to email? I hate to be a whiner, but its been a day, and 3 different email addresses…
im having issues with this template and absolutely nobody wants to respond. sometimes i believe they know the product is full of bugs and they just hope you will go away. we do know that glitches happen. but geez, at least include an email with fixes.
or if you are not going to answer them, a simple autoreply to customers with a suggestion to a page / web address for known fixes to the software. its the least you could do.
just my thoughts. i guess we wait.
