Themeforest WP Theme won't load

Hi there:
Working on my company website. Have gotten WP installed and trying to install the themeforest-176837 theme. It says it can’t install because it doesn’t have style.css.

I went into the zipped file and saw there was a styles.css file, which I renamed to style.css, but it didn’t solve the problem and it still won’t load.

Ideas for a solution?
