ThemeForest Wordpress themse question

I built a site as a side hustle using the Kadence theme. But I’ve been eyeing the features of ThemeForest’s WP themes lately. Now I’m thinking of switching up my site’s theme. So, should I go ahead and make the switch? Will it mess with my rankings or anything else on the site? For a demo, peep: https://backwards3.info/

I’m also using Kadence. I want to put the Count down on my download button is that possible?
