ThemeForest Theme says "license used on another site" when it is not, and won't verify

In Appearance / Theme Options it will not let me Verify, saying “This license used on for other site”. The domain was changed after I installed but I’m told that could not affect it. How do I disable it or ‘cleanse’ it so I can verify when it is not actually installed elsewhere?..urgent thoughts and help

Hello,

You need disable license for old site before active it on new site. Incase old site have no available, you can contact us on client dashboard » Login or email sfwebservice.com@gmail.com, we will help you reset it.
