But the bad feeling is after you wait and wait… more than 14 days and get hard rejected item :’(

Guys, once your item is in the queue, just leave about it. And move on to create new items or update the old items. or you can even update the item with new features in the meantime maybe you’ll get few more bugs you’ve missed.

Finnaly, after a long time waiting, the obtained results are rejection. I am confused, what’s wrong. Technical, rules, or others (design). Hmm… This is for the second item (HTML). Well, I would immediately submit for WP item.

Its really frustrating, after 15 days you wait for an aprroval for one product and the result a big hug of hard reject x(

Seems to be inching back to normal. Our recent theme was approved by the reviewer during the weekend. Amazing!

You got really lucky, our Ghost theme spent 13 days till last night for a “Soft Reject” cause an IMG had no ALT and a form’s ACTION was empty. :astonished: 13 days and some more now, the price of not paying attention. :wink:

Is there any possibility to make the approval process “speed” status more visible in the author dashboard?
The information in your message @Maximilius is very helpful.
Will be great to see that in author dashboard somewhere … smth like:

  • The approval process is running normally. Estimated time for review new submissions is 7 days .
  • The approval process is running slowly due to VC security issues. Estimated time for review new submissions is 14 days.

Smth like this will be really helpful.
