Themeforest Plugin won't upload

I’ve downloaded the zip file for themeforest mindly psychology theme but I get this error message Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.

Any help gratefully received.

So now I tried uploading it as a theme and got this message.

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

Ok sorry it’s a kit not a theme.
