hi, i’ve been wondering why my account got locked after i but with CC payment in themeforest.
i’ve open a ticket, they have follow up with me soon after, saying they’ll get in touch with me soon. it’s been 12 hours more or less now since my account been locked, and still no reply.
it’s really inconvenient when they locked account out without any reason at all.
