18 days and not reviewed My Html Template 
My theme is on its 45th day and it says 2 months indeed.
Finally I got response with soft rejection of 8 points after 55 days for my WordPress Theme.
Hope it will be approved Soon!!!
From this screenshot, I’m glad they finally made an improvement. Yet my item is already 45 days and still in queue
This 28 days might be for the new submission since this update. I also has item at Market category. It’s now 17 days although it says now 11 days.

@lorenzorro contact theme author and be patient for at least 24 hours to get answer because author might be sleeping at this moment.
My Item is in queue for review more than 2 months, maybe 65 - 70 days already. 31 days for the new submission is absolutely the fake number.
31 days is hoax.

they are just talking and do nothing
Guys, I think I have a strange case here.
I’ve uploaded 2 items from 2 different accounts about 48 days ago, one of them has been submitted 5 days earlier.
But the 2nd item which is I’ve submitted later has been reviewed first than the item I’ve submitted earlier.
Yes the time is varying, some items are getting quicker response while others are getting slowest response from the theme inspectors.
Is there any significant between the two? For example is it the first item on one of the accounts?
yeah, the reviewed item is the first for that account.
16 days to go of my PSD template. It’s frustrate me. 
That’s inline with what I have been observing. First items are getting reviewed way quicker. This was happening on AJ but because the difference was more obvious 30 days vs 20m the forum erupted and they said they rolled back the changes because “it was a mistake” but what about this preference on WP that has clearly been happening for much longer? I’m surprised more people aren’t pretty upset about it.
