Theme will not download. Please help me!

Hello All - I am unfamiliar with Envato and WordPress so please be patient and understanding with me, thank you. Back in 2019 I purchased the Newspaper - News & WooCommerce WordPress Theme on themedorest.net (Newspaper - News & WooCommerce WordPress Theme by tagDiv | ThemeForest)

Today I was trying to install it on WordPress and it won’t let me. I drag the ZIP file to the right area and place it on the area to start the download and it doesn’t do anything. I don’t even get a download button that appears after moving the ZIP file to the download area. I can not figure it out. Can someone please help me?

Is this Wordpress.com hosting?

It looks like you are using a basic hosting plan (hence the notice to upgrade to Creator to install themes).

You have to have the creator or business plan to be able to install third party themes - it won;t work on the free/starter/explorer packages
