Theme uploaded but will not launch.
Can you be more specific? Did it install but not activate?
It will not down load or launch. It was the boom theme. We try several time. We get a circular swirl likes it’s trying to but fails every time
Are you trying to upload the whole zip file? Look at this page
And re-check what you are trying to upload. There were several answers possibly pertaining to what you described. Otherwise contact the theme author for support.
