I am trying to update my theme, The Ken 3.0. I have a purchase code and more… so I can prove that I have bought the theme. When I go to my downloads folder there is nothing though…
Also, I have received an email to download an update for the theme as recent as July 29, 2016…
Please tell me what I can do! Thanks.
Is there “nothing at all” in the downloads or is there the theme?
If the theme is there just re-download it and the version you have should be the latest
There are other previously purchased themes in the downloads folder… but no Ken theme to be seen.
Are you sure you bought it on this account - if the file is still for sale then it would not have been removed. If in doubt ask support here
