Theme Total - 4.2.1

I bought this template a few days ago and I am trying to install it but there seems to be a mistake as it is not possible.
The file has 2 folders and 4 zip documents in total (totalchildtheme-total and layerlider -twice-). The thing is that I do not really know which zip document among these 4 do I have to install.
