Theme the Retailer and Visual composer

I updated my theme The Retailer and now there is an error in Visual Composer.
The site is complete empty (front) in the backend everything is available. How to resolve?

Have you update the Visual Composer plugin as well? Please update the plugin also. Please be noted will be better if you make a backup before making update.

Yes, also updated VC

I have checked and saw that VC error there.
At first please check your theme Compatibility. Is your theme support VC and if yes which version.

If compatibility and version all ok then you can do the following things:

  1. deactivate the VC then removed from server
  2. Install new latest one and active

Please be noted will be better if you make a backup before making update.
