Theme support

Hi guys,

I don’t know if this is the right channel, but i have an open ticket with one of my themes, it was about a theme bug, it’s been over a month and they haven’t been able to solve my ticket and now my support policy expired.

The platform asks me to renew my policy in order to be able to re-open the ticket, but this was opened before the policy expired, what to do?


Try to contact the theme Author through their profile page Contact form and let the author know. Hope author will help you.
