Theme Specifications | Please Help

Hello all,

I’ve been looking for a theme that will do everything I need here. But I feel like I’m falling short. I’m just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction? Even if it didn’t do everything and I could maybe use plugins for parts of it that would be fine. Trying to keep the cost under $300. The theme is for a property management company and it needs to be able to do the following.

  • Membership Site
  • Homeowner profiles (property profile and communication
    platform)
  • Some sort of messenger to communicate privately between
    homeowners and manager
  • Eventually, we would like to be able to make it so that all of
    our business flow is being performed by the website
    (property assessments, property summaries, receive work
    orders, scheduling, maintenance reminders, billing and
    receiving payments)
    -Something like facebook profile for
    our homeowners property with their wall being our
    communication platform.
