Theme similar to PRECISE (for Woocommerce or Shopify)

Hello all.

First post here.
I`ve been looking tirelessly for a Shopify (best) or Woocommerce theme similar to PRECISE

Have found some reasonable ones. Bit none with the functionality, classy look and effects of Precise. The design it[s almost perfect, the distribution of info, etc.
I`m not willing to buy Precise because of negative reviews on Support, problems, and security.

Anyone has seen any theme that could be as good or better than Precise
