theme site has removed forum for support, need urgent help to finalize site. i have sent enquiry over contact form and also messaged and themeforest author form.

how to convenient way to get support from theme authors

You can let the theme author @ThimPress know about it by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.

Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page, there you will find a contact form.
