It’s pointless paying someone. No one can guarantee you approval - you would be better off sharing it here where here are numerous very experienced authors and buyers who will give you free feedback

Is it hard or soft rejected ? If it’s soft, the reviewers should’ve included the issues as well to the rejection message
If that’s a soft reject, you just need to fix all issues that the reviewer’s given
