I have only this message: unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
Can anyone help me with feedback?

Unfortunately your theme is far away from the minimum standards for WordPress, it will be rejected also on the HTML category.
My advice is to don’t try no more to submit any theme on the WordPress category due you will only waste your time. Your theme will never be approved. Try with the HTML category and maybe you can succeed with some improvement.
Your design is too basic error shadow, other language (themeforest need only english), bad typography, need spacing, bad colors (purple with celestial), padding & margin, etc.
You need learning more practice html for themeforest approved.
