Theme rejected - I don´t know why?

In starting of march I uploaded theme http://blogtech.imgshrink.com/ . First they took more than 23 days then the theme was rejected. I don´t why. The theme was w3school validate. This was my 2nd theme which was rejected. Please help me What will I do So next theme will be approved.

  1. Can I use lipsum content as a dummi content or else?
  2. Can I use pixaboy images ?

Please guide me. Which quality theme I will create So theme will be approved.
