Theme recommendation required low text to code ratio

Hi

I’m looking for a theme to replace my current Jomelle theme which seems to heavily bloated. Looking for a theme that lighty weighted, loads quickly, and also is very neatly coded, with free updates.

What can you recommend, as I have issue of low text to code ratio - with one some pages have over 1200 words on them.
