Theme licencing verification question

Hi,

This question is pointed to all the authors and envato staff.

How can we control how many licences a client owns? Lately we are getting support tickets from customers that have our theme on more then one site and some of them do not even know that they have to own a licence per site, we do not have any means to control that.

The second question: How are we suppose to control support licences, for example if a client owns 4 licences of one theme he can actually ask for help on one support licences for all?

We need this kind of systems or otherwise why are we paying 30% to envato for support?

I’m completely agree with you!
it’s a pain to check client licenses and there are so much clients who are using just one licence on so many server/project.
Envato should provide a built in tool since the support is an official part of Themeforest and we paid for this service as you said.

I think it should be one licence per support because of the expiration date.
