First do not trust sites which provides free plans. If you want to get better results in theme forest, Just buy dedicated server. Its my experience after 4 years of using shared hosts and servers.

That’s good advice but he’s not even considering to buy a shared hosting, you’re suggesting him to purchase a server 
Anyway, he will realize as an author in themeforest, should buy server
