Theme has been Hard Disabled. What are the implications of this?

Hi There

A theme I’m using has been hard disabled. Not sure what this means. Have Envato done this or have the authors of the theme?

Does this mean I’ll have to get a new website built at some point?

How do you Know it’s been hard disabled and not just temporarily taken down?
