theme got soft rejected

my theme got soft rejected.they gave me some reasons where to improve my template.
they are:

  1. LATEST JQUERY: Make sure you are using the latest version of jquery, and it is included in your download.

  2. STRICT MODE REQUIRED: All JavaScript should be written with “use
    strict” mode on. Please note that strict mode is scoped. For concise
    code it is recommened to placed

  4. SCROLLING ANIMATIONS: The scrolling animations are currently
    overused. Animation is a tool that should be used sparingly to help
    enforce the concept of your design. Please consider where you are using
    animations and their purpose.

  5. SPACING AND ALIGNMENT: There are spacing and alignment issues in
    this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and
