Hi there.
Now I’m working on WP theme for themeforest, and I’m interesting, can I add some images, that I bought on photo stock to demo content, that will be available for downloading by my clients. Is it legal, or I need to by some type of extended license to do that?

Depending on the license of images, you can add them in demo site as well as download package.
Usually, authors don’t include the images in download package and they replace them with placeholder images.
