Theme Author/ Support Team is not responding

I purchased a Wordpress theme ( Industify - Industry WordPress Theme ) from Themeforest. After installing the theme on a fresh wordpress we found many issues. So I reported a bug through support channel, but still no update from them to fix the issues.

What should i do now?

Authors are not entitled to fix the issues right away as they have their own working schedule.
The best thing to do is to ask the author approx when it’d be ready and wait for it.

Yes, I know, but they atleast reply and give us the date. You can check my comments here also Discussion on Industify - Industry WordPress Theme | ThemeForest, still no reply from them.

We have already sent you the new URL 9 days ago via email, you see now, you guys never check the email,
this is new URL (link removed)

It’s not my item - it’s not my problem or responsibility to provide support.
You need to contact the item author and solve with them.

PS: The item is not supported with WooCommerce. They are not entitled to provide fix those issues as the item is NOT marked compatible with the software. If your issues are related to WooCommerce, author is not responsible to provide support. You will need to find a freelancer to get these issues fixed.
