theme activate not work

Dears,

I try to activate my Mynx - Business and Agency theme but I have just one option to active with my Evanto account but always ​I get this message: " Failed to find WordPress return URL. Please report this error to the item author."
and when I try to contact with there support I get this message " * Not Verified"
and already I add the same Item Purchase Code, but not work!

Hi @shiyarguleh,

You can ask for support directly to the theme author by posting comments going through the theme Comments page. The theme author will assist you.

I make everything, I send direct mail to author and I make comment on the theme page and I post and request every where and request for refund too but nothing make author contact with me!!!
The license not working and not active the the theme and not work on the theme support too
And my website still not running and I don’t know what must I do!!
Please help to find solution to fix this case
