Hello everyone,
I’m working on a site that requires an update to the The7 theme. The current version is v10.3 and I want to update it to run on v11.6.
The site is registered in the MyThe7 tab but I get stuck on this error message when I run the update:
“Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden”
Has anyone encountered this problem before and would know how to direct me to a possible resolution?
