Unfortunately, the author does not support this item any longer, and it looks like your purchase was over a year ago which would also mean that support has expired.
You could look for a freelancer to help on www.studio.envato.com
The support being expired, I bought a license last Thursday.
As the author says they do not support the item then it’s unlikely you will get a response from that.
