The Text fields on my pege display text white on white

I have updated to WordPress 5.1.1 and use the Theme [Hotel Master]
Since the update I can not change the Text in Elements of the Page Builder.
The content is still in the according elements but it is html text in white on a white background. What do I need to do to get the old display of the Page Builder?
