I try to install the plugin that I bought 6 months ago and faced a problem the plugin doesn’t work in subfolder installation so I asked the support team that simple rewrite rule code in .htaccess but keep forced me to renew the support.
This kind of information should be in the install manual or answered by free if you purchased a plugin.
I felt this seller was so greedy so left 1-star review because this is not fair.
Now the seller from the plugin sent me an email that they will terminate my license and keep insulting me.
I didn’t know that customer leaves a bad review on the plugin makes you lose purchased license on envato.com.
I also asked the seller to refund if they will terminate my license but they said “never”
What should I do?
