I followed instruction from https://arrowthemes.com/create-account and downloded license certificate from my account in https://themeforest.net/ and tried to create account in arrowthemes.com, but I got warning that my purchase code is not valid.
Please let the theme author know about this by posting comments in theme comments page or send them email going through theme author profie page and then in right sidebar you will find a contact form. Thanks
