The payment page won't accept my Vis debit card

Hello there,

I’ve been trying to purchase the monthly unlimited package, but the payment page rejects my Visa card and it prompts “Try Again.”

The account has enough money, and this card works everywhere else. Any solutions? If not, how can I contact envato about this issue?

Hi, I bought a CodeRevolution plusgins but it didn’t work, I contacted CodeRevolution fanpage for support and agreed to refund (in the picture)
I contacted paypal to resolve, my envato account was automatically locked
CodeRevolution has responded and agreed to give me a full refund but my envato account has been locked so I can’t access the refund request from envato
Please solve it for me.

Hi @pianosheetro,

Envato customer should avoid opening PayPal disputes. Envato have a very clear refund process in place, as outlined here: Can I get a refund?

Doesn’t look like they will be really that happy to help.

Both my wife and myself using our separate accounts and working on separate projects have been trying for 2 days to get subscriptions, and all we are getting are these lovely “whoops, we have problem logging you in” messages (needless to say, we’re both logged in alright). Tickets 2515071 and 2515510.
