the page of support of Manami template is off

Hi,
I have some problems with the template Manami but I cannot ask for support because the page is not found. That’s quite weird. I don’t know how to solve my problem and whom to ask to get some support. Theme forest told me to open a ticket on envato market but I don’t know how to do it…

I can’t find your this account in envato market. please logged in with the original purchaser account then go to Downloads page there you will see your all purchased item list. from there click on the concern item then support page to get support.

Actually it was the first thing I did (going to downloads page) and when I click to support it says that the page is not found. I registered with this account, solovera

I don’t know why it doesn’t let me to put the underscore. That’s why you couldn’t go
