The old developer of my client lost his credentials

Hello,

I’m currently working with a client that has an another developer. This developer boight the chauffeur taxi booking system plugin. But he forgot his credentials, he just send to me the licence certificate so I have, the purchase code and the email account.

I need it to update the version of the plugin and buy the invoice add on to the website. Can someone help me please it’s a bit urgent and I dont know what to do ?

Thanks for your answer but I still need the envato username to create an account in the forum I guess, because it says like use the username of your envato account that you bought the product

He probably didn’t forget the login details, most likely he purchased the item under his account therefor he doesn’t want to ( he can’t ) share his login details.

For all those trouble, the simple solution would be purchasing another copy. Having the purchase code ( could be stolen or leaked ) doesn’t guarantee that you own the license.

Save your time and get a new copy. Charge your client for extra.
