Hi. I just purchased a theme from envato with support. When I tried installing the theme on a new WordPress installation, the error on the screen was “The link you followed has expired”. How do I install the theme?

Hey @nkisa - yes, the link in @unlockdesign’s post has all the information, but it is a bit confusing right now. I am currently working on making those instructions easier for the average human to follow!

In the mean time, consider uploading with an alternative method (like FTP or via cPanel) – the official WordPress documentation has a guide for both of those:

If you are not able to get it working, try contacting your web host for support - there is ultimately a problem with their server which is preventing the file upload.
