I have purchased “THE GEM THEME” - TheGem - Creative Multi-Purpose & WooCommerce WordPress Theme

Here is the website i use this theme - https://brainboxenterprises.com/, but I cannot be able to activate due to this error message “This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code.”

Now this theme is not used anywhere else, still I cannot be able to activate it on my website.

Kindly help.
