The Fox Theme -Black Bar in Footer

My website is www.sumfitness.com. Ignore the missing header image!

My problem is that at the bottom of every page I have a black bar that is running the width of the screen, above the footer. I think this is part of the footer but not sure how to get rid of it. Is there is a footer setting option or other way to get rid of this?
