The forget password email is not receiving.. waiting from last 1 hour

I have tried to forget password and put my registered email, but not able to receiving any emails from last 1 hour, same happens with 2 days ago, still not received any forget password emails

but when click on forget password, them i am not receiving it to my registered email from last 6 hours, so its the portal of themeforest
