The documentation is a little lacking (should i re-upload all the files again ?)

Hi,
i got this message The documentation is a little lacking when i upload my first item,
now i correct the documentation files…
my question is : should i uplaod only the documentaion files, or i should re-upload all the files as i did in the first time (Thumbnail,Main File,Inline Preview Image,Optional Live Preview…).

please i need the right answer.

Your documentation should be included in your main files, so upload your new main file.
The thumbnail, preview image, etc will be saved.
