I just purchased the envato bdtask advanced hospital management software. I tried installing and got this message “* The database could not be created, please verify your settings.”
I have created databases and named them l but could not proceed beyond this page.
Please help.

Hi Jay,

I deleted the Application, the databases, usernames, and reinstalled the App and database. This worked. I realized that I made a mistake while creating the database.

However, if that doesn’t work, try mailing their support at , they’re quite responsive.
