I have purchase your The7Version: 11.1.1, and I changed the theme color last week, but when I open my website, the theme color will appear the original color and then transfer to the true color I have changed, pls contact me and help. Thanks

I can’t see any buyer/collector badge in your profile. You will need to contact the author of the theme from your original purchaser account, the author will assist you.

Hi, sorry, I couldn’t find the email I have logged to purchase your theme, but I have payment proof, may I know could you help me if I provide this proof?

at first you will need to find out your account and have to login at Envato (themeforest) then have to contact the theme author.
