the codestar framework free version accepted by themeforest or not?

Hello!
I convert my html template to theme wp, I use codestar framework for create theme options, so I want to know is themeforest accept to use codestar framework free version or not?

If you include the plugin via TGMA, it should be fine.
If you include it to the theme source, you may get some problems but they will ask you to fix it.
