The buyer wants to write a song for my music

My friend is not a long time ago come in for a visit and he heard one of my tracks.
He said that under it perfect his new song.
I said that I track for sale on audiojungle, and gave him the link. https://audiojungle.net/item/summer-fashion/15678714
He bought a standard license.
Now he wants to record song under my music
What he needs to take a license to be able to publish this track?

Unfortunately this is not permitted by the license terms. It is explicitly stated that a buyer cannot add vocals to a track and make a song out of it.
