The author thinks I didn't buy template from him


I am asking for technical assistance from the template author.

I dropped off the license and he thinks he didn’t have any purchases that day.

What should I do?


Was it the licence code or the invoice? There may be an issue with time difference, that could be the reason why the purchase is not showing up at the specific day.

You can send the purchase code to the Author. So that author may know about the purchase.
